The Munich funfair organisers will be there with rides of all kinds - from the Ferris wheel to the high-speed carousel. Of course, there will also be children's days with reduced prices. Speaking of children: there are great play offers for young festival visitors in the Kinderland. Special programme highlights are the various themed weekends, each of which has its own special attractions. And of course there will be plenty of them too: The food stands that invite you to feast, the stall street for browsing and shopping or the big fireworks display on 13 August. For 25 days, the Olympic Park will be transformed into a lively world of adventure.
A new experience every weekend!
01 to 03 August: Bavaria & Culture
The start of the festival will be rustic: in addition to traditional costumes, Bavarian lifestyle and tradition, there is much more on offer this weekend:
08 to 10 August: Gaming & Kids
For the first time at the summer festival: Gaming & Kids. On this weekend, digital worlds and e-sports meet analogue classics: modern console stations, arcade machines and sim racing stand side by side with traditional board games, card games and hands-on activities.
15 to 17 August: Selfmade & arts and crafts
Here, the Olympic Park becomes a stage for craftsmanship, creativity and individuality. Numerous exhibitors present their lovingly crafted unique pieces - from filigree jewellery and artistic ceramics to handmade wood design, textile art and much more. You can also get creative yourself at numerous workshops and hands-on activities - a weekend of discovery and design.
22 to 24 August: Body & Mind
Under the motto ‘Body & Mind’, everything revolves around self-care, mindfulness, health and well-being on the last weekend. With a mixture of workouts and relaxing activities as well as great exhibitors, the days offer new impulses for a conscious life. The programme at the join-in stage includes fitness sessions, dance workshops and relaxation exercises, while the Bloomergym Workout|side presents new ideas from the fields of HIIT, core, running, recovery and yoga.
